**Job Title:** Data Officer **Role Summary:** Oversee asset data management to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and compliance with property standards. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights for asset performance and growth. **Expectations:** - Manage data lifecycle for asset and stock condition records. - Collaborate with teams to align data processes with strategic goals. - Maintain robust data systems and improve analytical processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead data collection, validation, and analysis for asset performance, compliance, and stock conditions. - Maintain Asset Performance Model to guide investment and growth decisions. - Investigate data discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies to ensure reliability. - Generate reports and insights for internal stakeholders and project planning. - Support Decent Homes Standard compliance and energy efficiency targets (EPC Band C by 2030). - Update stock condition surveys and provide user guidance. - Test and improve data systems for accuracy, audibility, and scalability. **Required Skills:** - Advanced data analysis and statistical techniques. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (formulas, pivot tables, querying). - Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving abilities to address data anomalies. - Collaboration in cross-functional environments. - Technical adaptability for data software/tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of a good general education or equivalent work experience. - Proven data management experience, preferably in property, compliance, or asset management contexts. - No specific certifications required.
