Job title: Group IT Manager – Infrastructure, Cloud & Cybersecurity
Role Summary:
Lead and maintain the global IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity posture for the enterprise and its international subsidiaries. Ensure system availability, security compliance, and business continuity through architecture design, process harmonisation, and vendor management.
Expectations:
• Deliver end‑to‑end IT governance across France, the UK, Spain, and the USA.
• Own and optimise Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune environments.
• Implement security best practices, conduct audits, and drive incident response and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate third‑party IT service providers and internal stakeholders to align with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive audit of existing infrastructure (servers, endpoints, mobile devices, telephony).
• Design, deploy, and manage IT architecture, including on‑premises and Azure components.
• Oversee deployment and migration to SharePoint and related cloud services.
• Supervise cybersecurity operations: vulnerability scanning, threat monitoring, audit compliance, and business continuity planning.
• Lead IT service provider negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Develop and standardise IT processes, policies, and documentation across multiple geographies.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to business units.
• Manage IT budget, capital projects, and capacity planning.
Required Skills:
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
• Strong background in network, server, and endpoint management.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity architecture, hardening, audits, and PRA/BCP.
• Project management and vendor coordination skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated autonomy, proactive problem‑solving, and excellent communication.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Minimum of a BTS (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-462, or Azure Fundamentals) are highly desirable.
