Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and execute test protocols for the Connexall platform, ensuring compliance with ISO‑13485:2016 and related quality systems. Collaborate closely with development and cross‑functional teams to validate software functionality, integrations, and performance across Windows, Android, and iOS environments, while documenting defects and facilitating issue resolution. Expactations: - 2+ years professional testing experience in software QA. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, document, and execute test cases for software‑only and integrated scenarios. - Report and track defects using industry tools; verify and retest fixes to closure. - Create and maintain test plans, integration guides, and comprehensive documentation. - Provide post‑production support to reproduce and analyze real‑world incidents. - Advise teammates on test asset optimization and best practices. Required Skills: - Basic networking (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP) and OS configuration expertise (Windows, Android, iOS). - Experience with API, web services, console and Windows services testing. - Proficiency with test management, bug tracking, and QA tools (Testrail, Jira, Fogbugz). - Familiarity with port/vulnerability scanners (OpenVAS, Nessus, NMAP). - Strong written and verbal English for technical documentation and stakeholder communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - (Optional) ISO‑13485:2016 or other QA-related certifications.
