**Job Title** Growth Manager **Role Summary** Lead the enterprise social media and digital growth strategy for a portfolio of physical therapy brands. Design and execute a content ecosystem that builds authentic community, drives candidate acquisition, and measures ROI through advanced analytics. **Expectations** - Own strategy and execution for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Reddit. - Transition acquisition model from paid attention to community‑based storytelling. - Deliver measurable impact on cost‑per‑applicant and applicant volume. - Scale content and funnel architecture across multiple brand sites. - Transition into a Director‑level role as the organization grows. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Enterprise Social Strategy - Develop and implement organic growth plans across 6 major platforms. - Partner with leadership to elevate their voices as industry thought leaders. 2. Content Systems & Funnel Architecture - Build a full‑funnel content calendar that moves prospects from discovery to application. - Optimize CMS pathways (/careers, /students) for conversion across all sites. - Engage in digital PT communities as a peer and advocate. 3. Data Visualization & Analytics - Create dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau) to track growth, engagement, and recruitment velocity. - Provide ROI insights and attribution analysis for the CGO. 4. Creative Operations & Agency Management - Produce and edit high‑quality video content and quick‑turn graphic assets. - Manage design and development partner workflows to ensure brand consistency. 5. Project Management - Self‑direct all tasks, timelines, and priorities, acting as the CEO of the growth domain. **Required Skills** - 4–7+ years in Digital Growth, Enterprise Social Media, or Content Marketing. - Deep proficiency in enterprise social analytics, CMS platforms, and data visualization tools. - Ability to connect awareness content to conversion funnels. - Strong social‑first video production and graphic design skills. - Passion for the physical therapy profession and a desire to empower clinicians. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required, but familiarity with analytics and CMS tools is essential.
