**Job Title:** Manager, Brand Partnerships and Activation
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate and execute all brand partner activation activities for live events, serving as the primary liaison between the Brand Partnerships team and sponsors. Manage day‑to‑day logistics, placement, and reporting to ensure successful on‑site delivery and performance against key metrics.
**Expectations:**
* Deliver seamless activation execution across planning, production, and on‑site phases.
* Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners through proactive communication and partnership initiatives.
* Meet sponsorship and KPI targets, ensuring timely billing, invoices, and fulfillment reporting.
* Travel to approximately 10+ festivals per year, performing on‑site coordination and relationship management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage day‑to‑day activation needs, including site placement, logistics, credentials, equipment, Wi‑Fi, staffing, and security.
* Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, improving activation systems and processes.
* Coordinate with Sales to develop new on‑site experiential concepts and business opportunities.
* Update and maintain activation trackers, internal documentation, and fulfillment reports.
* Create, submit, and track bill‑back invoices per contracted payment terms.
* Support the VP and Senior Manager through the full sponsorship advancement cycle, including COCs, drawings, deliverables, and asset procurement.
* Foster sponsor relations via gifting programs and specialized events.
* Travel to festivals to oversee on‑site activation and sponsor liaison.
**Required Skills:**
* 2+ years in brand partnership activations, experiential marketing, or live events, with proven sponsorship experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication; ability to create decks, budgets, and fulfillment reports.
* Excellent organizational skills, self‑starter, and collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project‑management tools.
* Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays; physical stamina to lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods.
* Comfortable giving and receiving feedback; represent the brand with enthusiasm.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, events, or related field.
