**Job Title**
IT Project Manager (Male/Female)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver IT projects from requirements gathering to production release for a mutual insurance provider, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, schedule, and quality standards while driving digital transformation.
**Expectations**
- Successfully complete projects on time, within cost, and to agreed quality.
- Maintain user satisfaction and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure secure integration of solutions into existing information systems.
- Deliver comprehensive documentation, training, and post‑implementation support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Elicit, analyse, and document business needs; produce functional specifications.
- Define scope, schedule, resources, risks, and change management processes.
- Monitor progress, enforce milestones, control costs, and resolve escalations.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Coordinate with technical architects, application experts, business units, and external vendors.
- Lead testing, user acceptance, and production deployment activities.
- Produce project documentation; capture lessons learned and knowledge transfer.
- Deliver end‑user training and change‑management support.
- Enforce information‑security policies per the Information Security Officer’s guidance.
**Required Skills**
- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall/V‑Cycle).
- Proficiency with project‑tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, application architecture, and integration concepts.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Analytical thinking, synthesis, and problem‑solving.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, facilitation, and collaborative leadership.
- Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT project‑management experience (services or mutual‑insurance sectors preferred).
- Project management certification (Agile/Scrum, Prince2, PMP) is an added advantage.
