Job title: Application Expert (F/M) Role Summary: Provide technical and functional leadership on one or more strategic application domains for a mutual insurance organization. Ensure application availability, performance, and quality while bridging technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Expectations: - Maintain and evolve business applications. - Diagnose and resolve level 2/3 application incidents. - Document and update technical and functional specifications. - Propose and implement functional and technical optimisations. - Drive continuous improvement and provide technical counsel. - Ensure compliance with internal standards, security, and regulatory requirements (incl. GDPR). - Support test, validation, and production deployment phases. Key Responsibilities: - Administration, support, and corrective/evolutive maintenance of core business applications. - Incident analysis, root‑cause analysis, and resolution. - Performance monitoring and capacity planning. - Documentation of process, configuration, and functional specifications. - Contribute to system integration and SI evolution projects. - Conduct technology scouting and evaluate new application solutions. - Advise development and operations teams; provide user training and guidance. - Participate in security reviews, quality assurance, and compliance audits. - Maintain configuration management using Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
