Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineering Summer Internship – Strategic Integrations Role Summary: Assist in designing, developing, and testing software solutions that integrate robots with third‑party partners. Leverage AI coding agents to create reliable, scalable components that support business development and end‑user value. Expactations: • Deliver clean, well‑documented code aligned with integration specifications. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to iterate on feature priorities. • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes. • Build and maintain technical documentation, including API specs and user guides. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and test robot‑partner integration modules using TypeScript, Go, Python, C++, or similar languages. • Employ AI coding agents to accelerate development while ensuring robustness and maintainability. • Analyze technical challenges and propose solutions that align with business goals and user experience. • Adapt project direction based on stakeholder feedback to maximize impact. • Work with API teams to integrate third‑party services and maintain seamless data flow. • Review and refactor existing code to improve performance and readability. • Produce design documents, API documentation, and integration guides for partners. Required Skills: • Proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools and coding agents. • Strong programming skills in one or more of: TypeScript, Go, Python, C++. • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with a user‑centred focus. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities. • Adaptability to evolving project scopes and stakeholder priorities. Required Education & Certifications: • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
