Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models that drive product innovation and performance. Combine engineering rigor with research‑driven experimentation to deliver scalable AI solutions that meet business objectives. Expectations: - 3‑7 years of experience building ML pipelines and production‑ready systems. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, applied mathematics, or related field. - Strong track record of model deployment at scale, time‑series analysis, and end‑to‑end ML lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: - Build, iterate, and benchmark ML models (neural networks, probabilistic models, generative AI, active learning, reinforcement learning, etc.) using real‑world data. - Design and execute reproducible experiments, analyze performance metrics, and translate results into actionable insights. - Integrate ML solutions into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. - Collaborate with research, product, and client teams to align model development with business strategy and user needs. - Stay current with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX), industry developments, and emerging quantum‑inspired techniques. Required Skills: - Python programming, with proficiency in scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or JAX. - Solid understanding of ML fundamentals (regression, classification, clustering, evaluation metrics). - Experience with time‑series modeling and enterprise‑grade data pipelines. - Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experimentation mindset: design, statistical analysis, rapid iteration. - Quantum mechanics background or strong interest in leveraging quantum concepts for ML considered a plus.
