**Job title**: AI Agent Machine Learning Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, build, and optimise intelligent multi‑agent systems that automate and enhance decision‑making across enterprise workflows. Responsibilities span end‑to‑end engineering, process analysis, and strategic AI governance to deliver scalable, production‑grade agents and models.
**Expectations**

- Champion responsible AI, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect multi‑agent architectures for process automation and intelligent decision support.
- Implement reasoning, planning, and tool‑use within frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGPT.
- Integrate agents with APIs, enterprise systems, and business workflows.
- Analyze, map, and model business processes to define agent‑centric solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop, fine‑tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) and domain‑specific ML models.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy in production.
- Implement responsible AI practices, including monitoring, guardrails, and compliance.
- Manage Agile AI operations: backlog grooming, sprint planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and metrics.
**Required Skills**
- Strong Python programming; proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise in at least three of: agent orchestration, ML model development, data engineering, API integration, process engineering, responsible AI.
- Experience in business process analysis, mapping, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and vector databases.
- Agile experience (Scrum/SAFe) – backlog management, sprint planning, team metrics.
- Leadership, communication, and presentation skills with stakeholder influence.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of AI/ML engineering or related experience.
