Job title: Security Administrator
Role Summary: The Security Administrator will design, implement, and manage the enterprise security infrastructure. They collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and the DSI to enhance security posture, support incidents, and enforce the company's information security policy.
Expactations: Minimum 3 years of security‑focused experience. Strong knowledge of network security, next‑generation firewalls, WAF, SIEM, antivirus/EDR, and bastion administration. Familiarity with ANSSI hygiene guides, ISO 27002, and SOC analysis strongly preferred. Ability to work evenings and on-call shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead security infrastructure evolution projects and transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise on security initiatives across business and IT lines.
- Design, build, and support security solutions from concept to production delivery.
- Recommend, deploy, and optimize cost‑effective technology solutions.
- Handle level‑2 incidents, participate in problem‑management, and resolve operational issues.
- Implement technical aspects of the company’s information‑security policy to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
- Conduct regular security reviews, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
- Maintain documentation, configuration baselines, and security operating procedures.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Required Skills:
- Network architecture and security engineering.
- Administration of Next‑Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto).
- Deployment of Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
- SIEM administration (Splunk).
- Antivirus/Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) and bastion host management.
- Strong grasp of ANSSI hygiene guidelines, ISO 27002, and other security frameworks.
- Experience in SOC alert handling, log analysis, and security incident response.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant security experience.
- Relevant certifications desirable: CCNA/CCNP, Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), Splunk Certified Architect/Administrator, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or comparable credentials.
