Job Description: Job Title: Apprentice Accountant Role Summary: Support the pharmacy finance team by preparing reports, analysing data, and performing day‑to‑day finance tasks. Gain hands‑on experience in accounting principles, financial reporting cycles, and business insight generation within a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities: * Create, maintain and analyse financial reports, dashboards and spreadsheets. * Identify trends, unusual variances and investigate root causes. * Provide data insights to finance, commercial and pharmacy teams to support decision‑making. * Assist in financial reviews, reporting cycles and spend‑check procedures. * Develop familiarity with finance systems, tools and accounting software. * Advance accountancy knowledge through structured apprenticeship training. Required Skills: * Strong analytical and numerical aptitude. * Detail‑oriented with high standards of accuracy. * Good organisational and time‑management abilities. * Proactive, inquisitive mindset and strong communication skills. * Team‑player with a positive, reliable work ethic.
