Job Description: **Job Title:** B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Teleprospector **Role Summary:** Drive outbound B2B teleprospecting to French-speaking decision makers for a near‑shoring IT and digital services firm. Qualify leads, identify business needs, and secure meetings for the sales team while maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting. **Expectations:** - Successfully complete the initial prospecting stage with measurable outcomes. - Communicate fluently in French, both written and spoken, with confidence on the phone. - Demonstrate strong self‑motivation, perseverance, and a results‑driven mindset. - Operate independently or as part of a freelance arrangement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound cold calls to identified prospects in the French market. - Qualify leads by evaluating fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). - Schedule discovery or executive meetings for the senior sales team. - Enter and update all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system. - Produce regular reporting on call volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline status. - Continuously refine scripts and outreach strategies based on feedback and metrics. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in B2B telephone prospecting (minimum 1 year). - Excellent verbal communication skills in French. - Phone‑savvy with the ability to maintain engagement over the line. - Strong organizational abilities with meticulous data entry in CRM tools. - Self‑driven and persistent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Ability to work autonomously and adapt to evolving market conditions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum secondary education (high school diploma). - Any business, marketing, or sales‑related certifications or coursework is a plus but not mandatory.
