About the Company

Loïc Labouche first set up HC Resources in Lyon in 1999, with the aim of providing commercial training and legal and social consulting services. Today HC Resources comprises all DOMINO group subsidiaries specialising in HR. The company has gained recognition for its expertise under the dynamic leadership of Edouard Stiegler (associate director of the subsidiary and head of HR consulting for the group since 2005), and then Olivier Bellintani (in charge of all coaching and management business since 2006). Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Development Director – Building Envelope (H/F) Role Summary: Lead B2B commercial growth for PVC and aluminium building envelope solutions across a regional territory. Drive new business, manage client relationships, and coordinate project delivery with design, construction, and supply teams. Expectations: Deliver measurable sales targets, expand the client base of contractors, developers, and housing providers, and ensure the company’s building envelope products secure a competitive position in new and refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct proactive prospecting with general contractors, developers, and social housing entities. - Own the commercial relationship for supply and installation projects in new builds and renovations. - Prepare and respond to public and private tenders: analyze dossiers, perform technical qualification, and coordinate with studies teams. - Assess interfaces with other building envelope trades (structure, façade, waterproofing, core) and contribute to project selection. - Implement a prescription strategy targeting architects, design offices, and prescribers. - Build and maintain a network of partner artisans for supply-only engagements. - Collaborate closely with studies and construction teams on feasibility, site surveys, and file triage. - Travel regularly within the region; maintain occasional weekend commitments as required. Required Skills: - Proven B2B sales experience in the building sector, preferably in second‑works or building envelope. - Strong knowledge of public and private procurement processes and contract management. - Ability to evaluate projects technically and incorporate economic viability. - Familiarity with building thermal and acoustic performance regulations. - Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills. - Self‑motivated, organized, and field‑savvy with a project‑centric mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Higher education in commerce, building, civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent. - Minimum of 3–5 years commercial development experience in the construction industry.
