EKA Contract Manager
Job Description
**Job Title** EKA Contract Manager **Role Summary** Support growth of business volume and statement of work (SOW) with European Key Accounts (EKAs). Manage day‑to‑day operations of strategic and major accounts, develop non‑selected EKA prospects, and contribute to overall EKA targets and strategy. **Expectations** - Deliver new business tenders, calculations, and responses. - Identify and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with Account Managers. - Ensure accurate, timely contract administration and compliance across Europe. - Provide high quality sales reporting and profit analysis. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare and submit tender responses (RFQs/RFIs). - Collaborate with Account Managers to develop commercial strategies and pricing/discount structures. - Draft quotations for MHE products and services. - Create documents for internal approval, respecting deadlines and quality standards. - Coordinate with Legal Department on commercial and legal terms; oversee contract review and signing. - Manage framework agreement review process and central administration of EKA agreements, including bonus evaluation, payment, and reporting. - Follow up on business plans with Account Manager or EKA management. - Support profit analysis using current and new tools; monitor discount parameters. - Contribute to continuous improvement of EKA tools. - Provide professional presentations to internal teams and customers. - Ensure effective communication of commercial and contractual information. **Required Skills** - Experience in a technical sales/marketing environment (preferably Material Handling Equipment). - Strong commercial acumen and customer‑orientation. - Proven tender management experience under tight deadlines. - Structured, flexible, and pragmatic approach to secure quick wins. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize and set clear expectations. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office and reporting/analysis tools. - Experience in international contract management. - Project management knowledge or certification. - Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian) are an asset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. - Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience preferred.
