Job Description
Job Title: Head of Communications Role Summary: Lead the global communication strategy for a rapidly growing holding company, coordinating brand messaging, public relations, internal communications, and digital presence across multiple subsidiaries. Expactations: - 5‑10 years of progressive communication experience in corporate or agency environments. - Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans and crisis communication. - Strong strategic vision, multi‑project management skills, and ability to influence at senior levels. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French; advanced English preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and monitor the holding’s institutional and corporate communication strategy, defining key messages, channels, and annual milestones. - Oversee external media relations, content production, corporate materials, and social media management. - Coordinate event planning for salons, conferences, launches, and partnerships. - Develop internal communication programs to align teams, strengthen culture, and disseminate information across subsidiaries. - Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers, printers) and the communication budget, ensuring cost‑effective delivery and KPI tracking. - Report performance metrics to senior management and support business units with tailored communication projects.
