Job Description: Job Title: E‑Commerce Assistant Internship Role Summary: Assist in daily operations of a growing e-commerce business, focusing on customer support, order management, inventory control, and website content updates. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while contributing to marketing initiatives. Expectations: - Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries. - Resolve returns, exchanges, complaints, and refunds with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stock‑outs. - Keep the e‑commerce site current with accurate product pages, promotions, and new launches. - Enhance customer support tools and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Handle email and phone communications in a courteous, timely manner. - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds using order management systems. - Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and alert procurement for replenishment. - Update Shopify product listings, descriptions, images, and promotional pages. - Create, edit, and distribute monthly newsletters to engage the community. - Develop FAQs, email templates, and standard operating procedures for the support team. Required Skills: - Strong written and oral communication in French; proficiency in English a plus. - Attention to detail and high organizational standards. - Excellent customer‑service mindset. - Familiarity with digital tools such as Shopify, Gmail, and Microsoft Excel. - Quick learning ability and adaptability to new software.
