**Job Title:** Marketing & Communication Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Marketing team of a premium real‑estate group by creating and managing digital and print communication assets, maintaining social media channels, producing editorial content, and assisting with website and video projects. **Expectations:** - Currently enrolled in a Master‑level program (Marketing, Communication, Digital, or equivalent). - Strong curiosity, creativity, and initiative; able to work autonomously and collaboratively. - Excellent organization and attention to detail; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Interest in lifestyle, luxury, real‑estate, or heritage branding. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and schedule LinkedIn posts (including SEO‑focused content); assist with Facebook and Pinterest management. - Produce lifestyle‑oriented digital content (photos, copy, behind‑the‑scenes material) and enrich the internal photo library. - Write, design, and dispatch internal and external newsletters; contribute to editorial planning and communication calendars. - Create print collateral (flyers, posters, commercial documents) using desktop publishing tools. - Update website content and develop paid‑media ad creatives for digital channels. - Capture and edit property videos using Nodalview, delivering short‑form video assets. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva. - Familiarity with CMS platforms and social‑media management tools. - Basic SEO knowledge for content creation. - Strong written communication and copy‑editing abilities. - Video shooting and editing fundamentals. - Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain brand consistency. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s program (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field (currently enrolled). - No specific certifications required; prior internship or work‑study experience in marketing/communication is a plus.
