Expactations: 2+ years in production web development, strong front‑end and back‑end TypeScript skills, experience with PostgreSQL, ability to design APIs and scalable architecture, self‑starter in fast‑paced environments, excellent communication and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and ship high‑performance TypeScript/React/Node.js applications. • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver end‑to‑end features. • Contribute to architecture decisions and improve code quality, speed, reliability, and maintainability. • Write clean, testable code and apply best engineering practices. • Iterate rapidly, learn quickly, and influence product direction.
