Build a robust pipeline, book qualified meetings, and support client acquisition through data‑accurate CRM management and collaborative teamwork in a high‑performance environment. Expectations: - Deliver consistent sales targets in a fast‑paced setting. - Maintain a high‑quality pipeline using proven qualification criteria. - Demonstrate strong active listening, communication, and self‑motivation. - Exhibit leadership potential and a commitment to career progression. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound phone calls, social selling, and personalized email campaigns to generate new opportunities. - Qualify leads per internal standards, ensuring only high‑value prospects move to clients. - Log all prospect interactions accurately in CRM and produce clear activity reports. - Maintain organized prospect data, ensuring up‑to‑date information for the sales team. - Represent the company professionally across all written and verbal communication. - Participate in team incentives, competitions, and culture‑building initiatives. Required Skills: - Proven experience in sales, sales development, telesales, recruitment, or lead generation. - Comfortable with phone‑based sales and high‑pressure environments. - Strong active listening and rapid need‑assessment abilities. - Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and organizational skills. - Fluent in spoken English; ability to build rapport quickly. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Close CRM) is a plus. - Ability to demonstrate initiative, positivity, and high‑performance teamwork.
