**Job Title**: Vice President, Sales Executive – CCaaS (UK&I) **Role Summary**: Drive new business revenue for CCaaS and CX transformation solutions across enterprise and mid-market clients in the UK&I. Lead strategic sales initiatives to modernize customer engagement through cloud contact centre and AI-driven innovations. **Expectations**: Achieve multi-million-pound revenue targets by closing enterprise-tier CCaaS contracts, managing the full sales lifecycle, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with client goals. Demonstrate expertise in consultative selling, market trends, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. **Key Responsibilities**: - Generate revenue via sales of multi-vendor CCaaS/CX solutions. - Develop C-level relationships to position as a trusted CX strategy advisor. - Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Solutions Architecture, Delivery) to design client-specific solutions. - Partner with CCaaS vendors (NICE, Genesys, Microsoft, Five9, Google, Cisco) on joint GTM and co-sell strategies. - Lead prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. - Maintain CRM records and forecast accuracy. - Present RFP responses and proposals demonstrating ROI and innovation. **Required Skills**: - 7+ years in CCaaS/CX sales, proven success in cloud contact centre and AI solutions. - Track record closing multi-year, multi-million GBP deals for enterprise/mid-market clients. - In-depth knowledge of CCaaS platforms (NICE, Genesys, Microsoft, etc.) and omnichannel CX transformation. - Executive selling experience, with influence on strategic decision-making. - Leadership in cross-functional bid teams. - Consultative sales expertise, strong negotiation/presentation skills. - Ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment. **Required Education & Certifications**: None specified.
