Job Description
**Job Title:** Growth Marketing Manager - Life Sciences **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting pharmaceutical and life sciences enterprises through inbound strategies and customer engagement. **Expectations** - 8+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences/pharma or with relevant agency experience. - Bachelor’s in Marketing; CIM certification preferred. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, execute, and optimize multichannel campaigns (paid/organic social, email, SEO) across inbound funnel stages. - Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including creative production, landing pages, and agency coordination. - Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with ABM and sales enablement initiatives. - Execute and analyze HubSpot operations: lead scoring, workflows, segmentation, and campaign management. - Optimize performance using GA4 and HubSpot analytics, with focus on CRO, UTM tracking, and lead source metrics. - Develop high-impact content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) and oversee SEO/GEO content planning. - Update CMS (WordPress) for website and campaign resources; manage event logistics (virtual/in-person). - Plan social media strategies and create content; lead sales enablement materials (presentations, collateral). **Required Skills** - Expertise in HubSpot, GA4, CMS (WordPress), and digital campaign tools (LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM). - Proven multichannel marketing, data-driven optimization, and CRO experience. - Campaign strategy, ABM execution, B2B content creation, and cross-functional teamwork. - Strong organizational, budget management, and project management capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. - CIM certification or equivalent in marketing preferred.
