**Job Title** Inclusion / Integration Specialist – Summer Camp 2026 **Role Summary** Provide front‑line care and program support for participants living with disabilities during a 24‑hour per week, part‑time summer camp. Ensure inclusive, safe, and engaging experiences while maintaining high standards of customer service, communication, and emergency readiness. **Expectations** - Part‑time, 24‑hour workweek with flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays). - Temporary staffing for the duration of the summer camp (June–August 2026). - Professional conduct, confidentiality, and adherence to all departmental policies. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, organize, and deliver inclusive camp activities that are safe, stimulating, and cater to each participant’s needs. - Provide front‑line customer service: greet participants, engage families, and communicate daily updates. - Assist participants with personal care (hygiene, toileting, feeding, dressing, transfers) and behavior modifications. - Operate specialized equipment and apparatus appropriate to participants’ disabilities. - Complete daily communication logs, incident reports, and attendance records. - Conduct pre‑camp phone calls to families each week for introductions and information gathering. - Serve as a witness when administering medications in line with corporate policy. - Maintain vigilance, ready to respond to emergencies, and follow established emergency procedures. - Keep program areas clean, organized, and safely stocked. - Report concerns, accidents, or incidents promptly to supervisor. - Attend required meetings and training sessions. - Perform additional duties as assigned by program leadership. **Required Skills** - Demonstrated experience working with individuals living with disabilities or exceptionalities. - Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a shift‑based environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency with documentation tools for logs, reporting, and incident tracking. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum age 16. - Current Standard First Aid / CPR Class C (or ability to obtain within one month of hire). - High Five® Principles of Healthy Child Development or a sport‑specific certification (or ability to obtain within two months of hire). - Valid Criminal Record and Judicial Matters or Vulnerable Sector Check (Level 2) issued within the last six months (or ability to obtain). ---
