Chief Technology Officer
**Role Summary**
Lead the firm’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations to enable growth, operational excellence, risk management, and client service. Own technology governance, architecture, data, and digital transformation while driving a high‑performing IT organization and collaborating across the executive team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Govern and oversee the entire Information Technology function (infrastructure, networks, cloud, enterprise systems, operations).
- Define and execute a multi‑year technology roadmap and enterprise architecture ensuring scalability, integration, and sustainability.
- Drive digital transformation, automation, and innovation, evaluating and adopting AI, RPA, and advanced analytics.
- Partner with practice leaders to enable service delivery and develop technology‑enabled service offerings.
- Manage change management, user adoption, training, and post‑implementation performance.
- Collaborate with CISO on cybersecurity, risk, incident response, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish IT governance frameworks, vendor management, budgeting, capital planning, and ROI analysis.
- Build, lead, and grow a high‑performing IT organization and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Represent the firm externally on technology topics, supporting business development and thought leadership.
- Track and report on key performance indicators and technology metrics to senior leadership.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic technology planning & execution (10+ years).
- Enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and systems integration.
- Digital transformation, automation, AI/RPA, data architecture, and analytics.
- Cybersecurity, risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent in IT governance, security, or enterprise architecture).
- Demonstrated experience in a senior technology leadership role within a professional services or regulated industry.
