Job Description
**Job title:** Head of Marketing **Role Summary:** Lead the development and execution of Slice’s full‑stack marketing function in a post‑Series A B2B SaaS fintech company. Own strategy, demand generation, talent building, and outcome measurement to scale pipeline and revenue. **Expectations:** - Create and own end‑to‑end marketing strategy for a complex, technical product. - Build, hire, and mentor the first marketing team. - Deliver measurable demand‑generation results that support inside‑sales targets. - Drive cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Leadership. - Operate in a fast‑moving, resource‑constrained environment with high energy and accountability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute growth strategy across content, paid media, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand. - Partner with Sales to set ICPs, messaging, pipeline goals, and conversion KPIs. - Develop and maintain scalable marketing systems, processes, and dashboards. - Own performance against revenue and pipeline metrics; optimize for continuous improvement. - Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing marketing team. **Required Skills:** - Proven success in B2B SaaS demand generation (5–10M ARR experience). - Experience launching and scaling marketing at an early‑stage startup. - Deep understanding of B2B SaaS go‑to‑market, particularly for complex/technical products. - Data‑driven, KPI‑focused mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. - Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management. - High energy, proactive, and execution‑driven. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced marketing certifications preferred but not mandatory).
