**Job title** AI Manager **Role Summary** Lead the AI Centre of Enablement for a global insurance Group, shaping AI strategy, governance, and adoption across business units. Act as an in‑house AI consultant, advisor, and project overseer, ensuring responsible, compliant AI deployments that deliver measurable business outcomes. **Expectations** • Build and influence AI strategy at enterprise level. • Translate business requests into clear AI use‑case definitions, success metrics, and ROI frameworks. • Champion responsible AI practices and compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g., EU AI Act). • Foster cross‑functional communities of practice and scalable AI training programs. **Key Responsibilities** - Advise business leaders on AI potential; define problem statements, benefits, and success indicators. - Source, evaluate, and manage technology vendors; produce shortlist and comparison frameworks. - Deliver and support Copilot/LLM development (prompt engineering, agent creation, agentic systems). - Promote and showcase successful use cases; create reusable solution catalogues. - Build and maintain a central AI inventory of all assets and integrations for traceability. - Define and enforce AI governance policies, ethical standards, and compliance training. - Oversee small‑scale AI projects (schedule, deliverables, risk flagging); ensure alignment across business, IT, data, and AI teams. **Required Skills** - Business partnering & stakeholder engagement. - Deep knowledge of large language models, prompt/agent engineering, and Copilot ecosystems. - Governance & regulatory expertise, including EU AI Act compliance. - Project coordination with light‑touch oversight. - Strong communication, influencing, and change‑leadership capabilities. - Strategic thinking to translate complex problems into AI opportunities while balancing risk and ROI. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field.
