Job Description

**Job Title:** 2026 Summer Intern **Role Summary:** A 10‑week, part‑time internship focused on learning the institutional investment consulting industry and Callan’s lines of business. Interns support multiple departments, conduct research, attend meetings, and perform data tasks while developing professional skills and a workplace network. **Expectations:** - Work Monday‑Thursday, 8 AM‑12 PM (normal business hours), starting June 9 through August 20, 2026. - Participate actively in group projects and internal mentorship. - Complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule in a fast‑paced, unstructured setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist consulting, performance reporting, manager research, database solutions, operations, implementation solutions, and information technology teams. - Conduct and compile investment and operational research with team guidance. - Attend asset‑manager and/or client meetings. - Perform data entry and data analysis tasks. - Utilize proprietary software: Salesforce, Pardot, Atlassian, and Microsoft Office. - Engage mentors and colleagues to learn industry insights and Callan operations. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong analytical and data‑analysis capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to meet multiple deadlines. - Ability to thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university. - No specific major or course requirements; open to all majors.
