Job Description

**Job Title:** Modern Infrastructure Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Modern Infrastructure & Managed Services practice by providing technical assistance for cloud, DevOps, Microsoft 365, server, application, database, network, and storage solutions. Work on help‑ticket tasks, documentation, and project assignments while developing technical expertise under mentorship. **Expectations:** - Execute defined ticket tasks promptly and accurately. - Communicate progress and escalate issues as needed. - Maintain high‑quality documentation and contribute to root‑cause analyses. - Meet project deadlines and adhere to SLA/compliance requirements. - Demonstrate a continuous‑learning mindset and ownership of deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolve client and internal support tickets following standard procedures. - Update and reconcile device support agreements and inventory records. - Produce detailed work documentation for team reuse. - Participate in mentored project work and deliver assigned tasks on schedule. - Contribute to best‑practice artifacts and subject‑matter expertise. - Support compliance reporting and SLA tracking for customers. **Required Skills:** - Familiarity with Microsoft 365. - Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Virtual Desktops/Machines, Hyper‑V) – a plus. - Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve routine technical problems. - Strong judgment, initiative, and attention to detail. - Effective written and verbal communication for documentation and status updates. - Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and expand technical skill set. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework or certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS are advantageous.
