Job Description: **Job Title**: Senior Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary**: Design, develop, and scale AI‑powered legal platform features using Go (backend) and React.js (frontend). Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and global teams to prototype and deliver production‑ready solutions, maintain code quality, and provide rapid incident resolution. **Expactations**: Deliver production‑grade code, adhere to global coding standards, maintain system stability, respond to urgent support tickets, and continuously improve existing codebases. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build and scale full‑stack features with Go and React.js. - Prototype and ship AI agent capabilities in partnership with product managers. - Maintain and refactor international codebases, enforcing coding standards and review practices. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve cross‑stack incidents with root‑cause analysis. - Provide urgent technical support and rapid critical‑issue fixes. - Integrate LLMs, legal data graphs, and other AI workflows into the platform. - Write clean, scalable, well‑documented code for global teams. - Participate in design discussions, technical strategy, and code reviews. **Required Skills**: - Strong backend expertise in Go (Golang). - Frontend proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems. - Problem‑solving mindset, ownership, and curiosity. - Effective communication and collaboration in a global, distributed environment. - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, and automated testing. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience (5+ years in software development). - No specific certifications required; cloud or containerization certifications are a plus.
