Job Title: Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow & Nuvolo (Remote)
Role Summary: Design, implement, and govern architecture solutions using ServiceNow and Nuvolo to optimize hospital asset management, workflow, and service delivery in a federal healthcare environment.
Expectations: Must be U.S. citizen or Green Card holder, able to obtain a Public Trust clearance, and able to work remotely in a fast‑paced, agile federal IT setting. Availability for a 30‑day award period and full security background check is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end architectural design of ServiceNow and Nuvolo Clinical EAM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, secure architecture that meets clinical asset lifecycle and work‑order management needs.
- Assess, integrate, and optimize existing systems for interoperability and performance within ServiceNow/Nuvolo ecosystems.
- Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance for development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps to communicate vision and implementation plans.
- Monitor emerging technologies, recommend innovations, and conduct continuous improvement for service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and federal regulatory policies throughout design and deployment stages.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience, including clinical EAM implementations.
- Direct experience with Nuvolo Clinical EAM on ServiceNow.
- In‑depth knowledge of CMMS, clinical asset lifecycle, and hospital work‑order management.
- Experience supporting HTM, biomedical engineering, or facilities operations activities.
- Proficiency in business rules, UI actions, scripting, workflows, role/group administration within ServiceNow.
- Operations & Maintenance experience, including upgrades, incident response, and change management.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience and ability to deliver in iterative cycles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – strongly preferred.
- Nuvolo training – required.
- Highly preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation or higher; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification; PMP (nice to have).
