**Job Title** Sr. ServiceNow Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITOM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and GRC modules. Collaborate with functional specialists and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions, deliver integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, automate processes with JavaScript/Glide, and provide ongoing support and documentation. **Expectations** - 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience. - Proven implementation of ITOM, HAM, and SAM initiatives. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow core modules and application architecture. - Ability to write, test, and maintain client‑side and server‑side scripts (JavaScript, Glide scripting). - Competence in web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and integration patterns. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on ServiceNow. - Customize and extend existing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs. - Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Implement and support ITOM, HAM, and SAM solutions. - Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Glide) to automate business processes. - Perform unit testing, assist with system testing, and ensure quality delivery. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and user guides. - Provide post‑deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. **Required Skills** - ServiceNow platform development and administration. - JavaScript and Glide scripting. - REST and SOAP API integration. - HTML, CSS, XML, and web services fundamentals. - Debugging and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications. - Documentation and technical writing. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Architect) are preferred.
