Job Description

**Job title:** Solutions Architect **Role Summary:** Architect and implement cloud‑native and hybrid solutions, serving as the technical anchor across Agile teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. **Expectations:** - Deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance architectural designs. - Lead technical decision‑making in Agile rituals. - Drive technology selection, integration patterns, and best practices. - Provide hands‑on support for critical components and coding standards. - Foster reusable patterns and promote enterprise integration standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate business requirements into robust architectural blueprints. - Define and maintain solution architecture for Azure, AWS, microservices, APIs, and DevSecOps environments. - Facilitate architectural decisions during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams (UX, QA, Product Owners, Scrum Masters) on architectural considerations. - Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for critical components. - Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and integration patterns. - Promote reusable patterns and enterprise integration best practices. - Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve architecture. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a senior developer or technical lead delivering scalable, secure solutions. - Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms. - Expertise in microservices, APIs, and DevSecOps practices. - Strong architectural design and decision‑making skills in Agile environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with continuous learning and emerging technology trends. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
