**Job Title** LTO - Student Success/Co‑op (1.00 FTE) **Role Summary** Provide support to student success initiatives and co‑op programming within a Catholic school context. Coordinate student placement, mentorship, and monitoring while collaborating with teachers, parents, and community partners to enhance academic and social‑emotional outcomes. **Expactations** - Fulfill 30/40 NGC periods per week with SCSMNT scheduling. - Work within a collective agreement framework, filling priority for unplaced qualified teachers. - Respond to school staffing needs and term‑end conditions. - Maintain compliance with Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility policies. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Facilitate student‑co‑op placements and track progress. 2. Deliver student success workshops and counseling on career readiness. 3. Coordinate with faculty to align co‑op objectives with curriculum. 4. Prepare reports on placement outcomes and student development. 5. Advocate for inclusive practices and accommodations for students. 6.
