Job Description
Job title: Stage Marketing & B2B Lead Generation (Sales, AI & Growth) Role Summary: Internship focused on developing and executing B2B outbound marketing and lead generation campaigns, testing marketing messages, qualifying leads, and leveraging AI tools to drive growth for business/IT/digital skill courses. Expactations: - Generate and qualify B2B leads through email, cold calling, LinkedIn and other channels. - Execute outbound marketing and sales campaigns, managing outreach schedules. - Test and optimize marketing messages and value propositions. - Schedule and coordinate sales meetings with qualified prospects. - Experiment with AI marketing tools for content, targeting, messaging, and lead scoring. - Translate conversation insights into improved marketing tactics and funnel strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop outbound outreach plans and maintain prospecting pipelines. - Conduct personalized email sequences, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach. - Qualify leads using standardized criteria and update CRM entries. - Coordinate and book sales conversations with internal sales teams. - Run A/B tests on email subject lines, copy, and AI‑generated content. - Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and recommend optimizations. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and funnel goals. Required Skills: - Strong communication and written English skills. - Understanding of B2B marketing principles and sales funnel concepts. - Proactiveness, curiosity, and willingness to experiment. - Basic familiarity with email tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and iterate campaigns. Required Education & Certifications: - Current bachelor’s or master’s student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales, or related discipline. - No prior experience required; motivation and learning agility are essential.
