**Job Title** Senior Salesforce Product Manager **Role Summary** Lead strategy, roadmap, and agile execution for the organization’s Salesforce platform, aligning product development with business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving cross‑functional collaboration. **Expectations** - Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization for Salesforce initiatives. - Deliver high‑impact features through Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with finance, accounting, and other integrated systems. - Act as the primary subject‑matter expert for Salesforce capabilities and middleware integrations. **Key Responsibilities** - Understand and translate organizational business processes into product requirements. - Engage stakeholders regularly to capture evolving needs and provide status updates. - Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. - Manage the Salesforce technical lead and delivery team, tracking sprint progress and delivery metrics. - Build and maintain reporting dashboards to support operations and monitor Salesforce team performance. - Own end‑to‑end release management: user testing, communication, and rollout of new features. - Coordinate with peer product owners to ensure cross‑product alignment and avoid scope conflicts. - Evaluate and recommend solutioning technologies for Salesforce‑integrated products. - Resolve impediments and risks, escalating as necessary, to maintain development velocity. **Required Skills** - 3+ years technology/consulting experience. - 5+ years Agile product management in a tech environment. - Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Field Service Lightning, etc.) and middleware (Boomi, Tray.IO, Gearset, etc.). - Capacity to manage multiple priorities and complex dependencies across teams. - Strong communication: translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Leadership with high emotional intelligence, fostering cross‑functional collaboration. - Expertise in converting business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Administrator, Consultant, Platform Developer, Integration Architecture). ---
