Job title: Salesforce Administrator\nRole Summary: Sole internal systems administrator responsible for end‑to‑end Salesforce and Microsoft 365 administration, ensuring secure, scalable, and productive IT operations for a growing team.\nExpectations: • Act independently as the sole systems administrator • Deliver continuous improvement, automation, and support for 20–40 employees • Align technology initiatives with leadership priorities.\nKey Responsibilities: • Administer and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (objects, fields, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards) • Manage user accounts, permissions, security, data quality, and reporting accuracy • Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and enforce communication protocols • Design and maintain a company knowledge base on SharePoint • Provision, configure, and support employee computers and peripherals • Keep hardware inventory and lifecycle documentation • Administer PBX telephone system (extensions, call routing, voicemail) • Troubleshoot OS, peripheral, and call quality issues • Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures • Identify automation and optimization opportunities aligning with growth.\nRequired Skills: • Expert Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) • Design and deploy Salesforce workflows/automation • Microsoft 365 enterprise administration • Independent, self‑directed work ethic • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication • Basic networking, security, and system administration knowledge.\nRequired Education & Certifications: Not specified.
