Job Description
**Job title:** Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) **Role Summary:** Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) implementations, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB modules. Oversee all project governance, risk, stakeholder communication, and compliance oversight, while driving ITIL-aligned delivery and integration efforts. **Expectations:** - Deliver ServiceNow ITSM projects on time, within scope, and in alignment with ITIL best practices. - Ensure rigorous background verification processes, vendor management, and SLA compliance. - Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal stakeholders (HR, Compliance, IT) and external partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB). - Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication strategies. - Coordinate UAT, integration testing, and go‑live support activities. - Manage background verification programs, vendor contracts, and SLA enforcement. - Liaise with HR, Compliance, and IT teams to align ServiceNow deployments with organizational policies. - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and project staff. **Required Skills:** - Extensive ServiceNow ITSM configuration and development experience. - Deep knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 principles. - Proven project management experience (PMI PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
