Job Title: Generative AI Engineer Role Summary: Lead the research, design, and deployment of generative AI models, driving end‑to‑end AI solutions from data preprocessing to production deployment. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality generative models that meet business objectives. - Continuously integrate the latest AI research and technologies. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex problems into scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Research and prototype state‑of‑the‑art generative architectures (e.g., GANs, diffusion models, transformers). - Fine‑tune models on large, domain‑specific datasets and optimize for performance and latency. - Engineer robust data pipelines, feature extraction, and preprocessing workflows. - Deploy models into production environments, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and maintenance. - Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product stakeholders to define AI requirements and success metrics. - Document model architectures, training procedures, and deployment guides for reproducibility.
