Job Description
**Job title** Administrative and Accounts Assistant (M/F) **Role summary** Provide daily administrative support while managing supplier accounting for a construction‑wood company. Coordinate office operations, vehicle and phone fleets, client invoicing, supplier payments, tax declarations, and employee-related tasks in a dynamic environment. **Expectations** - Handle routine administrative tasks efficiently. - Maintain accurate supplier ledger with high volume of invoices. - Process payments, VAT returns, and financial Excel tables timely. - Work autonomously while collaborating with other departments. **Key responsibilities** - Manage incoming mail, office supplies, and physical/telestic reception. - Process approx. 10 client invoices/month and 450 supplier invoices/ month in ERP Everwin. - Reconcile delivery notes, schedule and approve supplier payments. - Update financial Excel worksheets and prepare VAT declarations. - Record employee entries, administer meal vouchers, and track medical visits. - Support fleet management (vehicles and phones). - Assist cross‑departmental initiatives to enhance internal processes. **Required skills** - Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Everwin, SAGE 100) and advanced Excel. - Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel). - Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking ability. - Autonomy combined with effective teamwork. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement. **Required education & certifications** - Degree or diploma in accounting, business administration, or related field. - ✅ Certification or training in SAGE 100 or comparable bookkeeping software (preferred).
