Job Description: Job title: Investment Analyst Role Summary: Conduct comprehensive due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation for prospective and existing portfolio investments, and produce analytical deliverables to support investment decisions and investor communications. Expectations: • 1–3 years of finance, investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or related experience. • Strong academic record; Bachelor’s degree required. • Proven ability to perform in-depth quantitative analysis, prepare investment memos, and present findings to senior stakeholders. • Willingness to travel domestically and engage frequently with founders and portfolio executives. Key Responsibilities: - Execute due‑diligence and valuation analysis on new and current investments. - Build and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analyses. - Draft investment memos, marketing materials, and investor reports. - Conduct industry and market research, and produce themed investment reports. - Monitor portfolio performance, providing quarterly valuation updates. - Engage with founders and senior executives of portfolio companies. Required Skills: - Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis. - Solid understanding of venture capital and private equity processes. - Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills. - Effective interpersonal skills and business judgment. - Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and collaborative.
