Job Description
**Job Title:** People Stewardship Student **Role Summary:** Part‑time, temporary (12‑15 hrs/wk) support role focused on people development across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, learning, communication, and culture initiatives. **Expectations:** - 4‑month term, part‑time, flexible schedule. - Work in an integrated people‑stewardship team. - Deliver high‑quality support for recruitment, learning events, systems maintenance, communication, and employee experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist company‑wide recruitment: applicant outreach, interview scheduling, job posting, campus event research. - Maintain people‑management systems: hire/de‑hire tracking, invoice processing, learning platform promotion, compensation research. - Support internal learning events: logistics, workshop materials, venue/vendor coordination, catering, evaluation collection. - Produce and update intranet content, employee information sheets, templates, and posts. - Contribute to culture and employee experience initiatives: listening strategy, recognition, milestones, wellbeing activities. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Relationship‑building, collaboration, and listening. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, excellent time management. - Flexible, adaptable, positive approach to shifting priorities. - Growth mindset; willingness to learn and improve. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick to adopt new platforms. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrolment in an undergraduate or diploma program in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required.
