Job title: Head of Artificial Intelligence Role Summary: Strategic leader accountable for designing and implementing an enterprise-wide AI strategy that drives clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and commercial growth across a multi‑site healthcare network. Leads the development of AI‑enabled services, secure data platforms, and responsible governance while building a high‑performance AI organization. Expectations: - Deliver measurable AI ROI and revenue through commercialization of AI services. - Maintain high ethical standards, patient trust, and regulatory compliance. - Foster a culture of data‑driven decision‑making across clinical and operational functions. - Guide cross‑functional teams and external partners to achieve scalable AI deployments.
