Full Stack Engineer – Ecommerce & Automation (Project based)
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and optimize web and automation solutions for e‑commerce and SaaS customer journeys, integrating AI‑powered code generation, CRM systems, and workflow engines to increase conversion rates and streamline outreach.
**Expactations**
- Deliver responsive, high‑performance web interfaces using modern front‑end frameworks.
- Seamlessly link sites to CRM platforms and automate lead capture, pipeline updates, and communication workflows.
- Employ AI tools (Claude AI, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper AI) for code, content, and asset creation.
- Maintain data integrity, GDPR/PDPA compliance, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, product) and provide technical guidance on automation tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain responsive e‑commerce or SaaS sites and landing pages.
- Generate code and content via AI assistants, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Optimize sites for conversions, mobile experience, and search engines.
- Connect web assets to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Design and implement n8n or equivalent workflows to automate lead capture, pipeline management, and customer communication.
- Ensure data hygiene, privacy compliance, and API security (OAuth, API keys).
- Automate personalized outreach via email, WhatsApp Business, or LinkedIn using AI‑generated messaging.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, refine outreach workflows, and report results.
- Provide technical support and training on automation tools to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
**Required Skills**
- Full‑stack web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js, Node.js or Python.
- CRM integration experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Workflow automation knowledge (n8n, Zapier, Make).
- API & webhook familiarity; authentication (OAuth, API keys).
- Ecommerce and SaaS development experience, including subscription models and onboarding flows.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Detail‑oriented focus on scalability and efficiency.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- No mandatory certifications required, but experience with CRM and automation platforms is essential.
