Job Description: Job Title: Production Manager (M/F) Role Summary: Lead and optimize all production activities in a high‑value-added metal machining environment, ensuring industrial performance, quality, safety, and team effectiveness. Expectations: - Deliver continuous production flow from supply to finished goods. - Maintain high quality and safety standards while driving continuous improvement. - Foster a high‑performance culture and strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Manage production and support teams, aligning resources with the order portfolio. - Plan human and material resources, schedule workloads, and track delivery targets. - Monitor material availability, review manufacturing plans, and resolve technical constraints. - Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards (BPF, SQDC). - Identify defects, implement corrective actions, and lead Lean/continuous‑improvement initiatives. - Interface with clients and suppliers to support production and supply chain needs. Required Skills: - Team leadership and industrial organization. - Planning and scheduling tools, ERP proficiency, and Office 365. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities. - Effective communication, human‑centred leadership, and stakeholder management. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s to Master’s level in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, or Industrial Engineering (Bac+2 to Bac+5). - Minimum 5 years in production management or workshop supervision, with significant experience in metal machining.
