Focus on customized solutions for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (TPE/PME) across sectors including services, trade, construction, and education. Requires autonomy, initiative, and territory-based client engagement. **Expectations** - Autonomous and initiative-driven approach to client acquisition and retention. - Adaptability in hybrid work model (office days + fieldwork). - Commitment to building long-term professional networks and business partnerships. - Capacity to analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Expand and maintain a B2B client portfolio. - Prospect new clients and develop partnerships. - Assess client requirements and propose ERP/CRM integration solutions. - Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and manage project follow-ups. - Participate in industry networking events and business forums. - Act as a brand ambassador in assigned territory. **Required Skills** - Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building. - B2B sales experience with CRM/ERP tools. - Analytical skills for synthesizing client needs. - Negotiation and client management proficiency. - Autonomy in organization and problem-solving. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in commercial studies or related field. - Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in services. - Familiarity with digital tools and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Dolibarr). - Advanced written communication in French and English (essential for French clients and global operations).
