**Job Title** Retail Automotive Sales Consultant – Top Performers Wanted **Role Summary** Dynamic automotive salesperson for a high‑volume pre‑owned dealership with ~200 vehicles in inventory. Responsible for engaging inbound and warm leads, closing deals daily, and contributing to a high‑energy, fast‑paced sales environment. **Expectations** - Demonstrate strong motivation, confidence, and competitive drive. - Deliver consistent sales results and meet or exceed daily/weekly targets. - Maintain a professional, positive attitude while operating in a fast‑paced setting. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, qualify, and convert inbound, warm, and ready-to‑buy leads into sales. - Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and negotiations to close deals. - Utilize access to major Prime & Sub‑Prime lenders to secure financing for customers. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory, pricing, and market trends. - Build and nurture customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. - Support team efforts in achieving dealership sales goals and growth objectives. **Required Skills** - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - High confidence, goal‑oriented mindset, and hunger for success. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment. - Strong customer service orientation and teamwork capability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Valid OMVIC License. - Valid driver’s license. - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
