Job Title: Clinical Training Lead Role Summary: Own the end‑to‑end clinical accreditation function, designing scalable onboarding systems and ensuring that new doctors achieve competency quickly while maintaining the company’s high clinical standards. Expectations: Deliver a fully automated, four‑week accreditation programme that can train 30 doctors per month, reducing hand‑holding and maintaining top‑tier quality. Key Responsibilities - Run the structured four‑week accreditation programme for new doctors. - Deliver live training, give clinical feedback, and sign off doctors for patient care. - Design, develop, and implement online modules, interactive simulations, and learning pathways to replace one‑on‑one training. - Create comprehensive clinical guides and resources to enable the operations team to resolve 80 % of routine clinical queries. - Develop robust assessment tools and quality checks to sustain consistent care as the workforce scales. - Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the training function. - Collaborate closely with the COO, Clinical Operations Lead, and Chief Medical Officer to align training with operational and clinical goals. Required Skills - Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in NHS primary care (clinical pharmacist, nurse, advanced nurse practitioner, or resident doctor). - Proficiency with core clinical systems such as EMIS and SystmOne. - Demonstrated ownership, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to work in fast‑paced, mission‑driven environments. - Experience designing and delivering training programmes, providing constructive feedback to clinicians. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills. - Knowledge of CQC compliance and healthcare regulations (preferred). Required Education & Certifications - Qualified clinical professional (e.g., registered nurse, pharmacist, doctor, or advanced nurse practitioner) with relevant NHS registration. - Valid clinical credentials required for patient care accreditation. - Additional certifications in clinical education, health informatics, or quality management are advantageous.
