About the Company

Whilst no two people with autism are the same, every individual has strengths, skills, interests, opinions and aspirations, and above all the right to a socially-valued life which is as full and fulfilling as anyone else's.

Orbis offers a range of services including day and residential education and care services: schools and residential homes for children, and community homes for adults, as well as a pioneering work-skills day service. We also offer in-house therapeutic support including Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Positive Behavioural Support.

We work with careers, health and social services, schools, parents and commissioners to offer full-time, part-time, residential and day placements supported with a person-centred approach to learning and care designed around the specific needs and circumstances of the individual and their family.

In all, our aim is to provide person-centred, safe and supportive environments, combined with our many years' experience of supporting individuals with autism, to promote life, work and social skills, learning, self-esteem and confidence, and the tools required to live a happy and as independent a life as possible.
