Job Description
**Job title:** Private Housing Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and coordinate complex intervention programs for private residential co‑ownerships, ensuring strategic alignment with public authorities and sustainable rehabilitation outcomes. **Expectations:** - Senior university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in urban planning, real estate, civil engineering, or related field. - 1–5 years of experience in urban or private housing project management. - In‑depth knowledge of co‑ownership law, national housing assistance schemes (ANAH/ANRU), and complex building regulations. - Strong analytical, organizational, and diplomatic skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, structure, and roll out intervention strategies for target co‑ownerships. - Plan, monitor, and deliver operational programs (e.g., Safeguard Plans, OPAH, POPAC) from study to execution phase. - Manage technical, administrative, and financial aspects of partners (service providers, engineering firms). - Draft and execute rehabilitation projects, integrating technical, regulatory, and budgetary constraints. - Foster relationships with homeowners, syndics, local governments, and state agencies to secure buy‑in and coordination. - Participate in governance bodies (steering committees, meetings, thematic commissions) and support decision‑making. - Prepare financial monitoring reports, performance analyses, and strategic documentation. **Required Skills:** - Project management, stakeholder coordination, and multidisciplinary networking. - Knowledge of French co‑ownership law and national housing support mechanisms. - Proficiency in project planning, risk assessment, budgeting, and performance reporting. - Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree or equivalent in urban planning, real estate, civil engineering, or related discipline. - Valid driver’s license (B) preferred for travel.
