**Job Title:** Senior Socio‑Educational Pole Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead, coordinate, and oversee all socio‑educational activities and staff within the ward unit of a public child protection center. Ensure compliance with legislation, organizational objectives, and quality standards while fostering a coherent, child‑centered approach to care.
**Expectations:**
Professional experience (≥5 years) in child protection or social work, with demonstrated leadership in a multidisciplinary setting. Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and quality improvement processes. Strong command of French and English, excellent written and verbal communication, and a grasp of public sector regulations and data confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate institutional policies into operational actions across the pole, collaborating with service leads, psychologists, and health units.
- Manage staffing: planning, recruitment, professional development, performance reviews, and retention in partnership with Human Resources.
- Maintain accurate population data in OSIRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Develop, implement, and monitor protocols for care, hygiene, safety, and user confidentiality.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives; prepare documentation for inspections and audits.
- Facilitate health monitoring, including coordination of medical follow‑ups and emergency responses.
- Serve as liaison between the pole and senior management, reporting on activity, outcomes, and resource needs.
- Champion the organization’s vision, culture, and service values among staff and external partners.
