About the Company

Le Centre Départemental Enfants et Familles (CDEF), établissement public autonome, est chargé d’accueillir les publics relevant des décisions administratives des services de l’Aide sociale à l’enfance du conseil départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis, au titre de la mission de protection de l’enfance, mais aussi des décisions judiciaires adoptées à ce même titre. Il est soumis au code de l’action sociale et des familles, s’agissant des règles qui régissent son fonctionnement (article L 315-9 du C.A.S.F.).

**Job Title:** Senior Socio‑Educational Pole Manager **Role Summary:** Lead, coordinate, and oversee all socio‑educational activities and staff within the ward unit of a public child protection center. Ensure compliance with legislation, organizational objectives, and quality standards while fostering a coherent, child‑centered approach to care. **Expectations:** Professional experience (≥5 years) in child protection or social work, with demonstrated leadership in a multidisciplinary setting. Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and quality improvement processes. Strong command of French and English, excellent written and verbal communication, and a grasp of public sector regulations and data confidentiality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate institutional policies into operational actions across the pole, collaborating with service leads, psychologists, and health units. - Manage staffing: planning, recruitment, professional development, performance reviews, and retention in partnership with Human Resources. - Maintain accurate population data in OSIRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. - Develop, implement, and monitor protocols for care, hygiene, safety, and user confidentiality. - Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives; prepare documentation for inspections and audits. - Facilitate health monitoring, including coordination of medical follow‑ups and emergency responses. - Serve as liaison between the pole and senior management, reporting on activity, outcomes, and resource needs. - Champion the organization’s vision, culture, and service values among staff and external partners. **Required Skills:** - Leadership & team management - Strategic planning & policy translation - Budgeting & resource allocation - Quality management & audit coordination - Proficient in OSIRIS or comparable data systems - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement - Conflict resolution and crisis management - Commitment to child‑first principles and ethics **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Child Protection, or related field - Certified social worker (CSW) or equivalent professional license - Training in child protection, psychosocial support, or similar disciplines - Valid driver’s licence (if required)
