Grâce à nos 3 marques à forte notoriété, Bultex, Epeda, et Merinos, ainsi qu'à nos femmes et nos hommes, nous avons atteint notre objectif : être le leader de la literie en France.

Cofel en quelques chiffres, c'est chaque année plus d'1 million de matelas et environ 400 000 sommiers produits en France, à travers quatre sites de production : Criquebeuf-sur-Seine, Limoges, Noyen-sur-Sarthe et Vesoul, et commercialisés via un réseau de plusieurs milliers de revendeurs.

Job Description

Job title: Assistant Product Manager H/F Role Summary: Support the Product Group Manager in managing the development and market launch of trade products, ensuring alignment with international suppliers, sales teams, and creative partners. Expectations: Deliver accurate project tracking, maintain product information systems, and create effective marketing collateral. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, designers, suppliers, and external agencies. Proactively monitor market trends and product performance. Key Responsibilities - Participate in product development meetings with international suppliers, monitor project timelines, and coordinate with the Development Service. - Update and maintain PLM data and DAM assets for new launches (videos, visuals, packaging inserts). - Prepare client presentations, sales tools, catalog pages, and product arguments. - Act as primary contact for agencies, photographers, and in-house graphic designers; support visual production and graphic charter redesign. - Update competitive benchmarks and monitor commercial performance. - Contribute to transversal projects as required. Required Skills - Strong organizational and project tracking abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Detail‑oriented product‑centric mindset. - Team player with adaptability and service orientation. - Professional level English for communication with international suppliers. Required Education & Certifications - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Prior experience through internship or apprenticeship in product management or marketing. - (No specific certifications required.)
